Job Description

•          Should have successfully handled and managed Government bids approximately worth over INR 50 CR combined value from Tender and Bidding to the execution stage.

•          Should be efficient to handle inquiries as a Key Accounts person.

•          Should be willing to expand / deployment of accounts assigned in the territory/zone/district/area/etc,

•          Domain knowledge is must.

•          Ensuring all Customized Software solution/ product range is Registered/Empanelment and Pre-Qualified with nodal agencies.

•          Close follow-up with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers for the on-time execution

•          Should be having regular interactions with Technical team, procurement, and estimation departments.

•          Provide all administrative and technical support related to project and reply/follow up on all inquiries from the end client and consultant

•          Understand key customer needs, market requirements, and competitive trends to implement growth-oriented sales and marketing strategies

•          Should be having knowledge in designing and producing complex Proposal documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties

•          Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters of the all-levels, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature

•          Government & private tenders across India - Track, Prepare, submit & manage business / sales.

•          Liaisoning, Regular follow-up, Develop & maintain strong ties with key Government officials bodies such as - in various Government Departments in various states/ State, Authorities, Nodal Agencies, PSU, Boards, Central/ State Undertaking, Autonomous bodies for large Government IT & E-Governance projects. Preparing Joint Ventures and Consortium for required services/Govt. Bids, IPR issues and new projects in the country.

•          Good & proficient in Business planning, customer profiling, competition analysis, strategy formulation and implementation.

•          Execution of all Government tendering activities in accordance with public procurement standards and regulations is must and track their status and execution ensuring alignment to project deadlines.

•          Study & Review of tender documents, SOW, Drawings, BOQ specifications, client requirements etc,& Preparing Technical/Non-Technical Queries.

•          Plan, schedule and execute all stages of enterprise software, hardware and system implementations. Assessed business implications for each project phase and monitored progress to meet deadlines, standards and cost targets.

•          Should be able handle the project related issues such as staffing shortages, tactical matters, scope creep and divergent business and user needs.

•          Created cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments that were used as the basis for decision-making on proposed IT enabled implementation project / proposals.

•          Should be able to prepare price comparison for each system and final cost summary.

•          Should possess ideal and knowledge in pre-bid meeting such as prepare required details in related to Pre-Qualification for selected bids along with Pre-bid Queries.

•          Continuous follow up with the OEM/supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their quires and meeting with the supplier/ sub-contractor as and when required.

•          Manages the tenders process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
