Scope:
Works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Responsibilities:
Proven track record of capturing requirements, chairing process review meetings, and creating reports for management and leadership teams.
Proven capability to develop technical project documentation, business process and journey maps, GAP analysis and the ability to hold requirements capture workshops.
Must be able to analyze complex processes, present conclusions and recommend action plans
Experience of working in a global environment
Engaging with key stakeholders to identify and realize business benefits
Documentation and validation of requirements, key processes, activities, and where relevant the lean design of new supporting business processes
Ensuring a high degree of quality and accuracy when publishing documentation, and during communication with key stakeholders
Knowledge of business processes; ability to document business processes, generate clear and understandable requirements
Experience in project management with a track record of successful executions
Scrum, Agile, workflow documentation experience
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication. All candidates must be fluent in English.
Must be proficient with all MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
