Scope:
Customer acquisition target.
Pipeline target/Lead Generation.
Leads generated through personal contacts and efforts/LinkedIn and any other sources/ research oriented.
Responsibilities:
Positioning digital offerings and solutions to customers via multiple channels: in person, on calls, over email, through events and winning new projects for digital.
· Primary focus on new customer acquisition (hunting) through account research & lead generation
· Building and leading an inside sales team
· Client relationship management
· Experience in Pre-Sales/Business Analyst/Business Development on Tech Side (selling tech service/creative services)
· Knowledge of digital technologies and digital transformation: Mobility, BI, Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, Social, AI/ML
· Sales experience with enterprise verticals such as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), TTH (Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality), RLCG (Retail, Logistics, and Consumer Goods), HPLS (Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences).
· Outstanding client interaction and customer management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
